AHSTW CSD / Food Service RFP
AHSTW Community School District is accepting bids for a Food Service Management Company to provide meal services for the students and staff of AHSTW Community School District. AHSTW is a school district in southwestern Iowa with a certified enrollment of nearly 725 students.
Description of Desired Services:
- Promote the participation in our Food Service Program
- Provide both breakfast and lunch meals meeting the national and state nutrition guidelines
- Prepare and Serve meals from two full-service kitchens
- Kitchen #1: Grade levels: PK – 5th grade
- Kitchen #2: Grade Levels: 6th grade – 12th grade
- Catering Services for School Events
- Provide a variety of meal opportunities
- Provide educational materials to parents and local patrons in relation to our food service program.
- Develop a Summer Meal Program
- Employ staff members to provide meals and customer service

A pre-proposal meeting will be hosted in the AHSTW Elementary School Library on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at 4 PM. Attendance is required to be considered as a viable proposal.
